miX offers an “Pre-Theatre” menu nightly 6 – 7:30 p.m. in the Restaurant and all night in the Lounge for $40. Pre-theatre guests can enjoy a “Shared Plate” concept consisting of six savory items and one dessert. Items will all be presented on a single platter, meant to be shared, accompanied by two glasses of wine for each guest. Sample items are as follows:
• Blue crab & squash veloute, crispy spring roll
• Marinated kampachi, pickled cucumber, green apple mustard
• Mini elbow pasta, truffle butter
• Seared scallops, clams chowder sauce & brandade ravioli
• Spiced chicken satay, lemon condiment
• Mini floating island, caramelized almonds
