Comfort Zone
Tableau is a casually elegant, refined American restaurant. Unusual because it serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, it's a truly special spot on the Vegas Strip. In order to learn the ins and outs of Tableau and decide when you'd most like to dine there, or just to get more information on its overall dining experience, please read on.

    Reservations
Reservations are strongly recommended for breakfast, lunch and especially for dinner. Restaurant reservations are accepted a maximum of 90 days in advance for guests of the hotel and a maximum of 60 days in advance for those not staying in the hotel. Tableau's direct line is (702) -770-3330, but you can also make a reservation by calling Wynn Las Vegas Restaurant Reservations at (888) 352-DINE or (702) 248-DINE from 6 a.m. until 10 p.m. daily.

Seating

Seating is very comfortable at Tableau. There are armless seats, seats with arms and plush couches. It's all very comfortable, and you even have a stool for the ladies' purses.

Atmosphere
The atmosphere at Tableau is one of casual elegance. While light from outside cascades in during the day, at night this restaurant is romantically aglow. It's gorgeous all day long, though, as it manages its hectic serving schedule that includes three meals a day. Tables are very well spaced so that guests feel entirely secure in their own world while they're enjoying Chef LoRusso's epicurean delights. Our favorite room is the rotunda room; If you can get a reservation in this room, we highly recommend it. What's more, we also recommend getting a window seat on the right hand side as you enter, close to the center; here you'll get a fantastic view of the pool. One thing to note is that service during breakfast, lunch and dinner is not only professional, but rather exceptional. Your desires are fulfilled before you even have a chance to desire them. It's truly a wonderful dining experience that ought to be relived again and again. If you get a chance, ask for Suzanne as your server; she's fantastic.

Restrooms
The restrooms are outside the restaurant, located across the Terrace Suites lobby. They're not a far walk and are all located on the same level as the restaurant.

Dress Code
The dress code is casual elegant. While jackets and ties are not required, the hotel suggests casual evening attire. T-shirts, tank tops, shorts and athletic shoes are not appropriate.

Parking
Complimentary valet parking is available at the hotel, as are multiple cabs. If you're ending your meal at the same time as one of the shows that's playing at the Wynn, such as Le Reve or Spamalot, you might want to allow a little extra time to get your car or a taxi.

Awards
In 2006, Tableau won "Best American Restaurant in Las Vegas" as part of Las Vegas Life Magazine's Epicurean Awards. With Wynn Las Vegas' status as a Mobil Five Star, AAA Five Diamond and Michelin Five Red Pavillion resort and Executive Chef Mark LoRusso's excellent reputation, we're confident that more honors and awards will soon follow.

*Please note that the restaurants featured at TravelsinTaste.com may have changed their personnel, menu, pricing, decor, hours of operation, etc., since our last visit. The competitive and creative nature of the fine dining scene virtually assures that changes will occur on a frequent basis in order to make diners happier, meals more pleasurable and visits more frequent. Given their frequent fluctuations, most restaurants welcome inquiries about their current hours, menu and more.
