Acoustics: Downstairs is definitely more of a happening atmosphere, where upstairs is subdued and refined
Lighting:Downstairs is definitely well lit whereas upstairs is more muted
Table Proximity: Downstairs has reasonably spaced tables, upstairs tables and chairs are generously spaced
