    Sushi Bar

To the right as you enter the restaurant you'll immediately note the oversized, maple sake casks that mark the entrance to the sushi bar. These casks are actually held by interwoven bamboo slats, another indication of the meticulous attention to Japanese design that went into every detail of the restaurant. The sushi bar seats about 14 guests and lets you watch the sushi chefs as they create their sushi masterpieces. Dressed in white coats and red chef's hats they work with consummate precision to prepare each sushi dish to perfection. You'll also notice that unlike your ordinary rectilinear bar, the sushi bar in Okada is curvilinear, for a nice architectural twist. There's also a circular drop ceiling above the bar. The chairs in the sushi bar are made of light wood with comfortable, normal back support, not the short backs that you get at some sushi bars. It's safe to say that you'll be very comfortable while watching your sushi being prepared under the multiple spot lights.

Waterfall

The majority, if not all the tables, have a view of the breathtaking waterfall and pond that one could simply look at for hours. The garden surrounding the pond is equally captivating thanks to the adherence to elegant Japanese landscaping methods and to the designer's commitment to the use of authentic foliage. If you look closely at the pond you'll notice koi swimming beneath the surface, a lovely touch that just makes you smile. If you're completely captivated by this view and simply can't stay inside and admire it through the floor-to-ceiling glass windows you do have another option – the "floating pagoda table." This is basically one table that sits on a wooden dock jutting out from the shore toward the center of the pond. It's a private table that seats 8 guests and must be reserved in advance. The pagoda table is considered one of the best tables in the resort. The pond is romantically lit at night and you can walk around on a small walkway and take in the dramatic views of the Wynn resort, the illuminated waterfall and some of the other ponds, restaurants and shops. The view is breathtaking.
