Chef Allyson Thurber, whose culinary expertise has graced such famous kitchens as The Checkers Hotel in Los Angeles, where she worked under Thomas Keller, The Water Grill, also in Los Angeles, Striped Bass in Philadelphia and Mortimer's in New York, serves up a healthy array of seafood at The Lobster - not only the crustacean for which it's named. Not to worry, though: If you're not that into seafood, beef, chicken and salads also grace the extensive menu, which changes daily. Following is a representative menu from our last visit.
