Ritz Carlton Executive Chef Thomas Connell calls Americana's food "Restyled American" cuisine. It's the perfect name for American favorites that are cleverly combined with classic Italian flavors. Among the American classics you'll find restyled at Americana are steaks, seafood and pasta. And while these may sound like standard staples, there's nothing standard about the way Chef Connell prepares them. Assisted by Chef de Cuisine Bernardo Espinel, he turns ordinary into extraordinary every single day.

    Eggs Made to Order

At Americana, you can feast on fine cuisine for breakfast, lunch, Sunday brunch and dinner. What's more, you can enjoy all your meals either indoors, amid the Lapidus-inspired d├ęcor, or outdoors, where you can imbibe sumptuous views of the pool and the Atlantic Ocean. For breakfast, you can choose to dine either buffet style or a la carte. The buffet has something for just about everyone, including an egg station, a fine selection of breads and cheese, a combination of breakfast meats, cereal, oatmeal and fruit. There is also a bit of champagne, if you're in the mood. Your server will bring your juice and coffee orders to your table, so you don't have to worry about spilling any liquids anywhere. Of course, if you would rather order something off the menu, you always have the a la carte option.

Breakfast from the Omelette Station

Americana's popular Sunday Brunch is not to be missed. If you choose to brunch inside, you'll get to hear the jazz trio from the neighboring Lapidus Lounge. If you choose to brunch outside, however, you'll hear classic 80s tunes, which the DJ spins every Sunday from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. Brunch includes an omelet and pancake station, a station with five hot entrees, an assortment of cheeses, fresh fruit, cold salads, a carving station, chilled seafood, sushi and desserts. While brunch includes champagne and a variety of juices and smoothies, for an additional cost, you can request Bloody Marys, mimosas and screwdrivers, too. There's even a children's brunch.
