For those in Las Vegas looking to treat their Valentine to a romantic night on the town on February 14, 2012, SUSHISAMBA offers a special Valentine’s Day menu, perfect for couples to enjoy together. Diners will celebrate the holiday in a delicious fashion with a selection of specialty dishes from Executive Chef Herb Wilson, including Chilled Seasonal Oysters served with American Caviar, Tomato-Yuzu Sorvete, and Red Shiso for $30, Maine Lobster Gyoza with Hon-Shimeji, Onion Confit Puree, and Ginger Bisque for $20, and Robata Filet Mignon served with Potato Crisp, Aji Panaca Syrup, and Roasted Onion for $45. Lovers will also delight in the Banana Split, a dessert made for two, served with Doce de Leite Ice Cream, Coconut Mochi, and Yamazaki Cream for $14, and the Valentine’s Day Cocktail, an amorous libation made with Pisco, Domaine de Canton, Fresh Pineapple, and Freshly Muddled Raspberry, for $11. SUSHISAMBA’s full wine, sake, and cocktail list will be available, as well as the regular menu.
