  • Chef Takahashi goes to the New Fulton Fish Market at 5 a.m. every morning that it's open to secure the freshest fish for his meals. With his personally selected fresh "catch" Chef Takahashi prepares for you an "Omakase" the chef's pick menu that generally starts with about four servings after which there is an a la carte menu from which you can choose additional tastings
