    Open Kitchen

Michael Mina at the Bellagio's marbelized polished bar area continues into an open kitchen, which starts directly to your left. Open wooden cabinets in front of the kitchen hold elegant china. Steel is noticeable throughout, as is evidence of cleanliness. Depending on where you're sitting, while you're sitting at your table you can glance over and see all the excitement of what goes into the food preparation. Never flustered, these professionals produce numerous dinners to perfection every night - and still manage to keep the kitchen pristine and their uniforms white!

Open Wine Cellar

At the end of the dining room, on the left, lies a series of honey-colored wooden cabinets, open-face and showcasing glassware, elegant silver plates, bottles and a display of cookbooks. The service station is located within these cabinet areas. Directly behind is a wood- and glass-enclosed cabinet, four shelves high, that houses some of the excellent wine the restaurant has to offer. This is on your left as you're about to turn into the spillover dining room.
